Caleb started his health insurance career in 2018 following thirteen years of pastoral ministry experience. He is passionate about guiding his clients well as they navigate through choosing options for their healthcare.  

Caleb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in pastoral studies from Northland International University and a Master of Divinity degree from The Master’s Seminary. He lives in the Fox Valley and he and his lovely wife, Barbara, are blessed with a big blended family. They enjoy the out-of-doors, their church family, sports of many kinds, biking and exploring.  

As a Sales Associate for Informed Choice, he is positioned to educate clients on the basics of Medicare and Medicare options. He is a licensed Health and Life insurance agent for Wisconsin, Michigan and Florida and assists individuals with Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Life Insurance. Caleb is committed to providing his clients with the knowledge and options they need in order to truly make informed decisions.
